Privacy Policy
FieldTender Direct · Effective October 4, 2026
This policy explains how After6 AI LLC ("After6 AI," "we," "us" or "our"), the company that operates FieldTender Direct, collects and uses information. It covers (a) the Direct pages on fieldtender.com, including the free-preview and sign-up forms, and (b) the information we handle for our customers (home-service professionals) to run their Direct sites.
Information we collect from you
When you request a preview or sign up, you give us:
- Your name, email address, mobile number and business name
- Your trade, city and service area, hours, services and prices
- Links to your marketplace profile, Google review page, logo, social pages and domain, and your rating and review counts
- Whether you want texts from us (an optional checkbox, separate from submitting the form)
- Anything you write in a notes field
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive confirmation that you paid and limited billing details.
We also receive technical data when you visit our pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance.
Information we handle for your customers
Each Direct site lets the business's own customers book a time, ask for a quote, chat or message the business. That information (for example a name, mobile number, service address, notes about the job and whether they agreed to optional texts) goes to the business's account in our booking and messaging tools. For that information, the business is in charge of how the data is used and we act on its behalf. We process it only to provide the service. A customer who wants to see, correct or delete their information should contact the business they booked with; we will help the business respond.
How we use information
- To build, host and support your site, and to run the calendar, forms, chat and rebook card
- To bill you and communicate about your account
- To respond to preview requests and follow up about them
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you check the optional text-message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive texts from us about your preview or your site. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to request a preview or buy the service. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We share information with providers who help us run the service, only as needed for them to do so:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, DNS and the form-processing functions
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — booking calendars, forms, chat and messaging, and our customer records
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — delivery of email notifications
- Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google when you open our pages (Google may receive your IP address)
Each has its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Cookies
Our Direct pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie for bot protection. The booking calendar and chat tools on a Direct site may set cookies they need to work.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and account information while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for billing, tax and legal records. Preview requests that do not become a sale are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Information we hold for a business's customers is deleted or returned to the business when the business ends service, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop texting you, by emailing hello@fieldtender.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as they apply.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limits. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Direct is for business owners 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest revision. For material changes we will email active customers.
